Operating Advisory · RyPres Consulting LLC

I help companies fix how the work actually gets done.

Twenty years leading large-scale operations — process, leadership, and the day-to-day flow of the business. I work alongside your team to find what's constraining performance, then build the operating discipline to fix it.

The scale behind the advice

Not theory. Two decades of running operations at scale.

Most of this work was learned on the floor across hundreds of sites — scaling throughput, deploying capital, and holding teams to a clear scoreboard. That's the experience I bring to your operation.

What I do

Three ways I work with operating teams.

01 · Operational

Operational Consulting

Find the constraint, fix the flow. I look at how work moves through your operation and where it breaks down.

  • Process redesign & throughput
  • Capacity & asset utilization
  • Operating cadence and KPIs
02 · Business

Business Consulting

Connecting strategy to execution — so the business flow and the numbers actually move together.

  • Business flow & function
  • Capital efficiency & footprint
  • Performance visibility
03 · Leadership

Leadership Consulting

Building the accountability and bench strength that lets an operation run without losing momentum.

  • Accountability & operating rhythm
  • Bench & succession depth
  • Field-to-corporate alignment

How the work runs

A repeatable operating method.

Sustainable results come from connecting strategy, capital, process, and people through one disciplined system. The sequence is the same every time.

01

Diagnose

Establish the true baseline — throughput, capacity, labor productivity, cost structure, leadership gaps, and constraints.

02

Prioritize

Focus on the few initiatives that actually move margin, service, speed, and scalability — and leave the rest.

03

Execute

Run a weekly operating rhythm with clean KPIs, clear ownership, and fast resolution of performance gaps.

04

Scale

Turn what works into standard playbooks, leadership routines, and capital discipline the team keeps after I'm gone.

A practical edge

AI in operations — used where it actually helps.

The value isn't the technology. It's identifying the right workflows and connecting them to measurable performance.

I focus on the highest-friction areas of a business first — manual reporting, field communication, customer response, compliance, capacity planning, and decision support — and apply AI where it improves speed, accuracy, and productivity without overwhelming the team. I'm a hands-on builder myself, bootstrapping and shipping my own software with these tools, so the guidance comes from experience rather than theory.

More on how I think about it

Reporting & visibility

Replace manual, after-the-fact reporting with faster, cleaner views of how the operation is performing.

Decision support

Surface performance gaps earlier so leaders spend time on judgment and accountability, not data wrangling.

Workflow redesign

Reduce repetitive work in compliance, scheduling, and procurement so capacity goes where it matters.

Who's behind RyPres

Aron Rosenfield

An operator first — visible, accountable, and metrics-driven.

I spent nearly two decades climbing from General Manager to Vice President of Corporate Operations at a large, publicly traded, asset-intensive company — helping lead a global platform across 200+ locations and 10,000 employees. I've scaled throughput, deployed more than $1.3B in capital, and built operating systems that hold up under real volume.

Now I work directly with leadership teams that need more than a strategy presenter — they need someone who has already managed scale, capital, and complexity, and can turn a plan into execution.
